Our Core Mission: Entertainment First
LottoWiner Frost Pavilion is designed purely for fun. We believe that gaming should be a positive, relaxing experience, free from financial stress. Our platform is built around simulated mechanics intended solely for amusement.
No Real Money Guarantee Explained
We want to be absolutely clear: this is a social casino experience. Frost Crystals (FRC) are virtual tokens. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, or redeemed for real money or physical prizes under any circumstances. Success in our virtual environment does not imply future success at real money gambling.
Recognizing Risky Behaviors
Even in a completely free, no-real-money environment, we encourage players to maintain healthy habits. Spending excessive amounts of time playing, neglecting daily responsibilities, or feeling distressed when not playing are signs that it might be time to step back.
Self-Assessment Checklist
- Do you lose track of time while playing in the pavilion?
- Does social gaming interfere with your work or relationships?
- Do you use simulated gaming to escape from stress or problems?
- Do you feel anxious if you cannot access the games?
If you answered yes to these, consider taking a break.
In-Game Limits & Timeouts
We provide tools to help you manage your time. You can set session length limits in your account settings, which will automatically log you out after a predetermined period. You can also request a temporary timeout, locking your account for 24 hours to 6 weeks.
Self-Exclusion Procedures
If you feel you need a longer break, we offer a self-exclusion program. By contacting support, you can voluntarily ban yourself from accessing the Frost Pavilion for a minimum of 6 months up to a permanent ban. During this time, we will not send you any marketing materials.
Protection of Minors
18+ Gameplay is strictly restricted to adults. We do not design our platform to attract minors, and we utilize verification checks to prevent underage access. We encourage parents to use filtering software to block access to gaming sites.
